Needs
The school required a robust standby power solution capable of seamless integration with existing systems through synchronization with other generators. The power system needed to operate at 50 Hz 400V while providing sufficient capacity for the new wing's increased electrical demands. Sound attenuation was essential to prevent noise disruption to the learning environment. Additionally, the school sought a complete solution including proper housing, ventilation, and exhaust systems, all backed by comprehensive end-to-end support from design through installation and ongoing service.
Jubaili Bros Solution
Jubaili Bros worked closely with the school to understand their precise power requirements before recommending and supplying a Marapco MP1375E synchronized generator set powered by the Perkins® 4012-46TWG2A engine. The solution included a cutting-edge generator control room housing the generator sets and all switch gear, complete with built-in stainless steel louvers and an exhaust system for effective sound attenuation and aspiration. The generator is designed for standby application with approximately 500 hours of yearly usage and is synchronized with two other generators.
