Payment Refund Policy

Jubaili Bros offers two types of transactions: (1) purchases of spare parts via our website, and (2) purchases of generators and energy solutions through formal quotations. The applicable payment terms differ based on the product or service category.

1. Spare Parts – Online Purchases

Payments for spare parts made through the Jubaili Bros website are processed securely via approved electronic payment methods, including major credit and debit cards. All payments must be completed at checkout and are subject to verification and fraud checks.

Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs, if any, will be calculated at checkout.

For return eligibility and process, please refer to our Return Policy. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Generators and Energy Solutions – Quotation-Based Sales

For the sale of diesel generators, solar solutions, and other engineered energy products, payment terms are as specified in the official Jubaili Bros quotation issued to the buyer. These transactions are not processed through the website’s checkout system.

Unless stated otherwise in the quotation, payment is required in advance and shall be made by bank transfer or other approved methods. All prices are typically quoted on an Ex-Works (EXW) basis in accordance with ICC Incoterms 2022 and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless specified.

Products sold through quotation—including generators, hybrid systems, and bulk orders—are not returnable. Please ensure specifications and requirements are reviewed carefully before confirming the order.

Cancellation and Refunds

Confirmed orders for generators or energy systems may not be cancelled without written approval from Jubaili Bros. Where cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee of 25% of the contract price will apply. If cancellation occurs after delivery, the full contract value remains due.

For spare parts purchased online, cancellation and refund requests are subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

Title and Risk

For all purchases, risk passes to the buyer upon delivery as per the agreed Incoterms. Legal title remains with Jubaili Bros until full payment is received. The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees not explicitly included in the price.
