Challenge
Neptune International, a leading agro-industrial manufacturer in Ghana, operates complex production lines that require continuous, high-capacity power. Any disruption could cause process failures, product loss, or factory downtime. The challenge was to design and install a synchronized backup power system with acoustic insulation, thermal control, and industrial safety — all within a tightly enclosed generator room environment. The system needed to handle high loads seamlessly and operate quietly and safely around the clock.
Needs
To ensure uninterrupted manufacturing, Neptune required a heavy-duty backup power solution with synchronized operation and acoustic control. The system needed to integrate fully with electrical distribution and safety equipment, handle large load transitions, and maintain thermal and acoustic stability in a confined space. Equally important was finding a trusted engineering partner with turnkey expertise in power generation, synchronization, acoustic treatment, and compliance with industrial standards.
Jubaili Bros Solution
Jubaili Bros delivered a complete power infrastructure tailored to Neptune’s manufacturing operations. The installation included two MT2000 and one MP800 diesel generator sets, synchronized through a custom panel for seamless load sharing. A 6300A ATS and distribution board ensured safe, flexible operation with withdrawable breakers and isolators. The generator room, measuring 25m x 15m x 6m, was fitted with inlet/outlet attenuators, ceiling and wall insulation, and heavy-duty acoustic doors. Every element — mechanical, electrical, and acoustic — was precision‑engineered to guarantee reliable, quiet, and efficient performance under demanding industrial conditions.
