Why We Did This
You cannot improve what you do not measure. That is why we spent 2025 systematically collecting, analyzing, and verifying data across all our operations.
This report covers our operations in the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, and Nigeria, including our manufacturing facilities, warehouses, sales offices, and service centers. It represents our most comprehensive sustainability disclosure to date.
What You Will Find Inside
Environment
We measured our greenhouse gas emissions across Scope 1, Scope 2, and reachable Scope 3 categories. We tracked our energy consumption from the grid and from our own renewable sources. We monitored our water usage and our waste generation. This baseline will guide our environmental reduction targets for 2026 and beyond.
Social
We assessed our performance in occupational health and safety, employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, training and development, human rights, and community engagement. We are proud of our strong safety record, our progress on gender diversity in management, and our commitment to giving back to the communities where we operate.
Governance
We reviewed our ethical business practices, risk management frameworks, data security protocols, and responsible supply chain policies. From employee training to customer screening to supplier codes of conduct, we hold ourselves to the highest standards.
Our Path Forward
This inaugural report establishes our baseline. But we are not stopping there.
For 2026 and beyond, we have set measurable targets to reduce our environmental footprint, enhance our social impact, and strengthen our governance practices. We will report our progress transparently each year, holding ourselves accountable to the commitments we make today.
